Pear Rust (Gymnosporangium sabinae)
  Pear Rust (Gymnosporangium sabinae) on a pear tree on Alwins Field allotment, 28 October 2019. This rust is a fungus that grows on Juniper and, as a secondary host, on pear tree leaves. The red damage to the top of the leaf is at left and the fruiting bodies that release spores from the underside of the leaf is at right.

Red Admiral butterfly
