	A pine hawk-moth larva (caterpillar) about 8cm long, found on the Alwins Field allotments, 15 August 2017. The caterpillar likes to feed on Scots pine but there are none nearby so it must have been on a similar conifer. It was probably searching for somewhere to pupate.
	Deadly nightshade (Atropa belladonna) berries on a small bush in Linslade, 12 August 2017. The authorities have been informed of the presence of this extremely toxic plant.
